        Every order is custom printed. Once we receive your payment and payment has cleared, Items usually take about 7 working days for editing + custom production (depending on the Item), then your order is ready for shipping.

        Please note that we are not responsible for any damages or loss that might happen during shipping process, but in case this might happen, contact us immediately via info@anolani.com. We are always open to find a solution to the problem and will do our absolut best.


        International Shipping

        Because of distribution logistics, some products are only available in the United States, while others are only available in the European Market. We offer 'FREE SHIPPING' throughout the US, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Belgium.
        If you are located outside these countries, we are glad to send you a shipping estimate for your location upon request, and will do our best to find solution for any location. - Mahalo for understanding.

        International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country. - If your country is not listed in our shipping policy, please contact us and we will access the individual shipping cost to your desired shipping address.

         

        Refunds and Exchanges

        Every order is custom printed, after you placed the order. Therefore we can only issue refunds and/or exchanges if there was an error on our part, or we shipped the wrong item.         What to do - in case the Artwork arrives damaged

        Step 1 – Within five (5) days of your merchandise delivery date, please eMail your order information to info@anolani.com, specify the reason for wanting to return the work of art.
        Step 2 - Save original packaging!
        Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging and eMail these photos to info@anolani.com.
        Step 4 – We will contact you to discuss the next steps.
